to others in Ex. I. I tried to collect some of loans granted

on Ex.I, but didn't get any. I wrote letters.

I know that shareholders at time of loans were in financial

position to pay because I knew them as business men. Mr.

Brewer's intention was that he didn't want to lose interest

by getting in so much money.
